This privacy policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, for example to visitors from the EU, I also comply with it.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit it, your browser automatically sends technical information: your IP address, date and time, the page you opened, the website you came from, and your browser and operating system. This is needed to show you the website and to keep it secure. The data is stored only briefly in server logs, and I don't use it to identify you.

Vercel may process this data in the USA. The transfer is based on recognised safeguards (EU/Swiss standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework).

This website doesn't set any cookies and doesn't use any analytics or advertising tools. The fonts are stored on this website itself, so no data is sent to Google Fonts.

I use Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA) for bookings. The booking calendar only loads when you click "Choose a time". From then on, Calendly receives your IP address and the details you enter (such as your name, email address and message), and it may set cookies. Calendly processes this data in the USA, based on standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.

I use your details to organise and hold the call. You can find more information in Calendly's privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy.

If you write to me, I use your details and your message to reply. My email is handled by my email provider Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus).

WhatsApp and Instagram belong to Meta Platforms (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., with processing also in the USA). When you contact me through them, their own privacy policies apply. The links on this website only open these services when you click them.

The Google links (to read or write reviews) also only open Google when you click them. Google's privacy policy then applies.

For sessions I need your name and contact details. To shape each session around you, you may also tell me about your wellbeing, your health or your life situation. This is particularly sensitive personal data, and I treat it with special care.

I keep my session notes on paper only and store them safely. I don't pass them on to anyone. I destroy them when they're no longer needed for our work together. Invoice and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires (usually 10 years).

You can ask me at any time what data I have about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing, ask for your data to be handed over, and withdraw any consent you've given. Just write to info@herhealingfield.com.

If you believe I'm not handling your data correctly, you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch) or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country.

I may update this privacy policy if my website or services change. The current version always applies.
